We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Therapist to join our team at NELFT NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop treatment plans for patients with common mental health problems.
- Deliver evidence-based interventions, including guided self-help and cognitive behavioral therapy.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
- Postgraduate qualification in Low Intensity CBT or a related field.
- Experience working in primary care or IAPT services.
- Knowledge of low-intensity working models and treatment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
