At Listgrove, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sealing Solutions Engineer to join our Fluid Management business line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and introducing sealing solutions and polymeric valve products that meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop sealing solutions and polymeric valve products that meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive design validation activities, including stress calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
  • Work closely with internal and customer engineers/technical teams to optimize material and design elements for sealing conditions.
  • Manage all aspects of product life, including factory awareness of customer feedback and requirements.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and establishing personal networks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a related design or technical field.
  • Project management qualifications a plus.
  • Demonstrable understanding of sealing design parameters, such as temperature impact, friction, closing force, load direction, and physical/mechanical properties.
  • Excellent understanding and experience of engineering design, modelling, and simulation software, such as AutoCAD and Inventor.
  • Experience in seal designing, material selection, and seal testing is preferred.
