We are seeking a compassionate and committed Supportive Care Provider to join our dedicated team within our residential care facility. The ideal candidate will be tasked with delivering exceptional care to our residents, fostering their autonomy while ensuring their dignity is preserved. This is a permanent position offering 23 hours per week, divided into 2 shifts on a day schedule within a rolling seven-day framework.
In this role, you will be expected to pursue a QCF Level 2 qualification, and we will provide support throughout this process, with your training time compensated.

Our facility, Gwynfa, is a residential care home located in the Llanishen area, accommodating 16 residents, each with their own private room. We provide 24-hour care and support for elderly individuals and those who have faced mental health challenges.
