We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in a full-time, ongoing contract role where you will be responsible for working on domestic properties. This role involves conducting repairs and providing excellent customer service to all tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • P.A.T testing and ensuring electrical safety.
  • Fitting curtains, poles, tracks, and blinds to enhance property aesthetics.
  • Performing gardening tasks to maintain property grounds.
  • Operating various vehicles up to a limit of 7.5 tonne for transportation and delivery purposes.
  • Delivering furniture and other goods to clients across the city.
  • Recycling, sanitizing, and cleaning pre-used goods to maintain high standards of property maintenance.
  • Upholstery and carpet cleaning to restore property furnishings.
Requirements:
  • Experience in domestic repairs and furnishing, with a focus on property maintenance.
  • Full UK Driving Licence to operate company vehicles.
  • Previous experience working in domestic properties, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
