Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacy Lead to join our team at OneMedical Group. As a Clinical Pharmacy Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our Pharmacy team across all our Urgent Primary Care services, ensuring regulatory, contractual, QOF, and CQC compliance are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the Pharmacy team to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve medicines management across Urgent and Primary Care services
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including the PCN, to achieve high standards of medicines management
  • Identify opportunities to reduce waste and optimize medicine budgets
  • Ensure that all services are contractually and regulatory compliant at all times in relation to medicine management

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in or alongside Primary and Urgent Care Services
  • CQC and regulatory knowledge
  • Registered Manager or willingness to become one with training
