Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Beauty Advisor to join our team at Boots. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating a personalized shopping experience, and selling our market-leading beauty products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on beauty products and services to customers
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and store objectives
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store events to drive sales and customer engagement

  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise

  • Approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs
