Delivering for Your Community
We are seeking a motivated and independent individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers across our network.
About the Role
As a Postperson with Driving, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays. You will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers, as well as providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all deliveries are made in a timely and efficient manner.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr. You will also receive overtime pay at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate, as well as 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata). We also offer a company pension scheme, full uniform, and lots of opportunity to develop a career, including our trainee manager roles and Apprentice Schemes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of community and take pride in what you do. You will also need to be happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather. A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points is also required.
