Job Title: Band 5/6 Community Rehab Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our MSK team in West Essex. As a Band 6 Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. You will be part of the Integrated MSK Service (IMSKS), which is supported by a high ratio of senior to junior clinical staff. This ensures comprehensive supervision, training, and development opportunities to expand your knowledge, skills, and scope of practice.

EPUT has an excellent reputation for supporting professional development and Allied Health Professionals. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously, taking responsibility for your caseload and seamless transfer of physiotherapy care for a defined area of the service or a particular patient type.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with musculoskeletal conditions
  • Work autonomously, taking responsibility for your caseload and seamless transfer of physiotherapy care
  • Participate in regular formal training and clinical reasoning sessions, peer review, or case presentations/discussions
  • Assist more senior physiotherapists in the further development and coordination of the provision of physiotherapy
  • Deputise for the Team Leader as appropriate
  • Supervise, educate, and assess the performance of physiotherapy students
