We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at First Choice Staff.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining strong business relationships with clients, communicating effectively, and resolving conflicts.

The role involves:

  • Client Management: Maintain a portfolio of 125+ business clients in the London area, building strong relationships and increasing client spend.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate with clients, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new clients, negotiating and closing contracts.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and deliver sales pitches to prospective clients, promoting our services and building relationships.
  • Account Updates: Prepare and present regular business and account updates to management and clients, ensuring they are informed and up-to-date.
  • Financial Management: Monitor client budgets, explaining costs and expenditures, and negotiating new terms as needed.
  • Customer Service: Ensure client satisfaction with our services, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Travel and Meetings: Visit clients in the London area on a regular basis, building relationships and promoting our services.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in our CRM system.

Previous experience in courier or cargo freight is essential, with a strong background in account management and business development.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
