Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage installation projects from start to finish
- Oversee a team of professionals to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet their expectations
- Ensure all projects are completed to the highest quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
