Setup & Configuration:
Install and configure computer systems, software applications, networks, printers, and scanners.
Oversee and maintain computer systems, telecommunication systems, and networks to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
Technical Assistance:
Deliver prompt and effective technical assistance throughout the organization, both in person and via remote communication.
User Account Administration:
Establish and manage user accounts for both new and existing personnel.
Software Development Participation:
