About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bike Mechanic to join our team at Play Sports Network. As a Bike Mechanic, you will be responsible for working on high-end bikes, maintaining industry standards, and collaborating with our Production team and Presenters to ensure seamless execution of shoots and races.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and organize shipping of bikes and equipment for our sponsors and partners.
  • Build and maintain bikes in line with industry standards and partner requirements.
  • Liaise with Production Coordinators and Presenters to ensure bikes are ready on time for shoots and races.
  • Track bikes using our tracking system and complete pre-shoot inspections to ensure they meet partner brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to bike illustrations with our graphic and motion graphics design teams for video content.
Requirements
  • Passion for our brands and channels, with an understanding of commercial requirements for bikes in video content.
  • Experience working on high-end bikes (road and/or MTB) with top-of-the-range equipment.
  • Knowledge of bike fitting and bike tech.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Qualification as a bike mechanic is desirable but not essential.
