Position Overview

Walker Lovell, a leading provider in global commodity business intelligence, is in search of an accomplished Head of Client Success. This pivotal role is essential for steering the global client success division and facilitating transformative initiatives throughout the organization.

We seek a visionary leader capable of reshaping teams and processes within rapidly expanding environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the evolution of the Client Success division to align with growth objectives.
  • Evaluate and enhance team configurations, including recruitment as necessary.
  • Motivate and oversee teams dedicated to client engagement, strategic account oversight, and worldwide account assistance.
  • Manage the client experience from initial onboarding through to retention and expansion.
  • Collaborate with sales and product divisions to synchronize and improve strategies.
  • Report team achievements and strategic plans to the executive leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in establishing or revitalizing a substantial client success division.
  • Proven track record in implementing growth strategies effectively.
  • Leadership experience within high-achieving client success or sales teams, particularly in subscription-based businesses.
  • History of fostering positive client outcomes, driving growth, and minimizing churn.
  • Analytical approach with a focus on data-driven process enhancements.
  • Outstanding communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • Experience within a global corporate environment.
