Marine Technician Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marine Technician to join our team at MW Appointments. As a Marine Technician, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the successful placement and servicing of international marine business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract information from MRC and endorsements.
  • Create invoices and evidence of cover for issuing to clients.
  • Submit premiums to Xchanging and non-bureaux markets.
  • Calculate commissions and brokerage.
  • Premium processing.
  • Monitor PPW's.
  • Ensure the integrity of all market & client documentation, files and digital records.
Requirements:
  • Experience within a technical support role within the Lloyds / London market.
  • Familiarity with Xchanging processes and platforms.
  • Some exposure to marine risks.
