Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of well-being and dignity
- Support residents with their food and drink, ensuring their nutritional needs are met
- Follow care plans and provide individualized care to residents, as required
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive comprehensive care
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience of caring for older people, preferably in a care home setting
