Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Resourcer to join our team. As a Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in developing our existing candidate database and working closely with our experienced recruitment team to ensure our clients' staffing requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and recruitment efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and fill job openings
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and processes
