Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities- Health and Safety: Ensure Company Health and Safety and Hygiene rules are adhered to.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure all Customer requirements are met.
- Inventory Management: Maintain stock control/integrity in the area of work.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise/communicate with all other team members where necessary.
- Accuracy and Efficiency: Maintaining Stock Accuracy throughout all processes.
- Time Management: Meet required deadlines through prioritising own work.
- Communication: Ensure all communications required are clear and concise.
- Record Keeping: Keeping required information/data/records for auditing purposes up to date
- Pressure Management: Can work under pressure and to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Skills: Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Learning Mindset: Willing and open to learning new things.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience of machine operating, or food production/processing would be an advantage.
We operate a rotational shift pattern covering 7 to 7, covering days and nights. You will work a total of 14 days over a 28-day period. Typically, you would be working as follows:
- Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday
- Competitive Salary: £26,059 (Based on experience)
