Quality Assurance Lead - Systems Integration Testing

A Quality Assurance Lead is sought for a prominent organization. The successful candidate will take over responsibilities from the current lead who is transitioning to a different team. You will oversee the testing of critical applications for our client. This position focuses on leading testing efforts rather than managing a team. Proficiency in system integration testing and assurance testing is essential.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a proactive Quality Assurance Lead, capable of developing comprehensive test plans and completion reports independently.
- Solid background in manual testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and assurance testing.
- ISTQB Practitioner level certification is required.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for reporting, logging, tracking, and defect management is preferred.
- Experience with SAP testing is highly advantageous.
- Ability to estimate testing efforts is crucial.
- Experience in large-scale projects is necessary.
- Previous work in a dynamic environment with rapid changes is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and establish robust relationships with development teams and product stakeholders.
- Ability to understand and analyze technical documentation while maintaining a focus on quality standards for software development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is upheld throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and issues as necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for stakeholder engagement.
