We are actively seeking a skilled Fire Door Surveyor to join our team at Niyaa People on a contract basis. This role offers a competitive daily rate of £200 - £220 and the opportunity for long-term work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections and surveys of fire doors to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Provide detailed reports and recommendations following inspections
  • Support the fire safety team with in-depth knowledge of Timber Fire Doors and associated furniture

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fire surveying or inspecting position
  • Relevant experience surveying fire doors in student accommodation or universities
  • FDIS or BRE certification is desirable
