About the Role

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team in Kelso. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide support to individuals with varying needs and abilities, enabling them to maintain their tenancies and live enjoyable lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide effective support to vulnerable individuals.
  • Communicate and work well with supported people to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships.
  • Support individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement.
What You'll Need

No prior experience is necessary, as Ark will provide full training. However, previous experience in care work or social care is an advantage.
