Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and seat guests, taking orders and serving food and drinks with a smile
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Handle payments and operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering great customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work well under pressure. If you are a team player who is eager to learn and develop your skills, we would love to hear from you.

Working Hours

As a Bar and Waiting Team Member, you will be contracted to work between 64 and 100 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
