Accounting Clerk

As an Account Payable professional at Trinity Resource Solutions, you will be responsible for processing all supplier invoices for payments weekly, including setting up and making the payments via the bank. You will also process all expenses and petty cash claims on a weekly basis, including setting up the payment via the bank. Additionally, you will process payroll via Sage, prepare payroll journals and pension documents for posting into the weekly accounts via Sage X3, and complete bank reconciliations for all production companies' bank accounts on a weekly basis.

• AAT qualification desirable.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with an accounting system ideally Sage X3 & Sage 50 payroll.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, self-starter and willing to go the extra distance to make a difference.
