Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications: Chartered membership of a relevant professional body (APM/ICE etc).

  • Commercial Acumen: Good understanding of commercial management of consultancy services to clients, including business unit Profit and Loss accounts.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to develop strong customer and stakeholder relationships, through effective listening and influencing skills.
  • Cultural Fit: A collaborative approach, with a focus on creating an open, inclusive, and engaging work environment for the team.
