Graduate Recruitment Consultant

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, your day-to-day activities will include:
- Calling prospective clients to confirm terms of business
- Cold calling candidates to screen and shortlist based on client hiring requirements
- Advertising job vacancies on job boards and LinkedIn
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Closing deals and making commission
