The Role:As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant specializing in Physical Education (PE), you will be instrumental in creating dynamic and engaging PE programs that motivate students to lead active and healthy lives. Your enthusiasm, expertise, and dedication will help instill a lifelong love of physical activity in young learners.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, deliver, and assess high-quality PE lessons and activities tailored to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
- Collaborate closely with teachers to integrate physical education into the broader curriculum, emphasizing the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
- Lead extracurricular sports and fitness activities, encouraging student participation and fostering school spirit.
- Provide individualized guidance and encouragement to support the development of each student.
- Monitor and document student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents.
- Promote positive behavior, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.
- Qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) status with a specialization in Physical Education.
- A genuine passion for promoting physical fitness and well-being among young learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, teachers, and parents.
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and the ability to design and implement engaging PE lessons and activities.
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with children in an educational setting.
