Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Social Worker to join our team at Defence Primary Healthcare. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our entitled personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective mental health care plans for patients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify and address mental health needs, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Mental Health Social Worker, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex mental health issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
