Job Description

What You'll Do

As a Reablement Healthcare Worker, you will be supporting individuals who have been discharged from hospital or may have had an illness, crisis, fall at home, or change in circumstances. Your role will be to help them gain confidence and independence by working alongside them and sharing in their pride as they achieve goals.

What You'll Need

You don't need any social care experience to apply for this role. We're more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You'll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
