Cyber Security Architect - Senior Consultant

Job Summary

LT Harper - Cyber Security Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Architect to join our team as a Senior Consultant. As a Cyber Security Architect, you will play a key role in building an architecture consulting function, working on a range of projects across various industries, including national security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements as a subject matter expert in Cyber Security, assessing and managing their needs.
  • Adapt industry best practices to design solutions that pragmatically solve cyber security problems.
  • Design and implement security management strategies, ensuring security principles are applied during design and development to reduce security and business risk, while considering business strategies and benefits.
  • Develop and communicate corporate information security policy, standards, and guidelines.
  • Develop new architectures that mitigate the risks posed by new technologies and business practices, alongside documentation of logical designs, High-Level Designs (HLDs), and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
  • Support and grow the team/organisation, including company strategy.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience reviewing and designing complex systems.
  • Strong working understanding of a range of regulations, frameworks, and industry standards (ISO27001, NIST, TOGAF, CAF, SbD).
  • Experience leading teams and projects.
  • Consultancy background is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication, both written and verbal.
  • MUST be eligible for UK security clearance at SC or above.
