About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Kids Planet Day Nurseries Limited. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators and providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of children and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the nursery
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children and staff
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification
  • Excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding procedures
  • Leadership experience desirable
