As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering strategic business projects that drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify and prioritize project dependencies, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, sponsors, and project sponsors.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance business efficiency.
  • Manage project resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and resourcing.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical expertise, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms and technology projects, with experience in managing multi-disciplined teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in regulated environments, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to make decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Advanced communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Attention to detail, with a flexible and adaptable approach to change.
  • Good understanding of project management methodologies, with experience in using tools and techniques to deliver projects.
