As a key member of our cross-functional development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that drive innovation and efficiency in our robotic compound management and biological sample storage systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop automation solutions that integrate robotics and automation equipment
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of system solutions to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product development and research and development projects
- Provide technical support and guidance to Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, and Software departments
- Support quality investigations and create/maintain engineering documentation of test results
- Experience working in the automation industry or a similar role
- Strong understanding of servo motion control and automation technologies
- Excellent PC skills and report writing skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
