Teaching Personnel is dedicated to delivering tailored educational support for young learners who are currently out of the traditional school environment. We are looking for compassionate tutors to join our network, particularly in the Northamptonshire region.

Our students present a diverse range of requirements:
- Individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism and various learning challenges
- Children in Care who need additional support to bridge educational gaps
- Students who refuse to attend school
- Learners experiencing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, from mild anxiety to significant mental health concerns
- Asylum Seekers
- Pupils who have faced school exclusion

We are in search of nurturing and patient educators, whether you are a retired professional seeking part-time engagement or an active teacher looking to extend your impact beyond the conventional classroom.

Our tutoring sessions primarily occur in the student's home, customized to meet the unique needs of each child who is not currently enrolled in school.

Typical support sessions range from 5 to 10 hours weekly, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities.

As a dedicated tutor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting students in subjects such as English, Mathematics, Life Skills, and preparing them for reintegration into the school system.

Essential Qualifications:
- Ideally, you should hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualifications
- Experienced tutors are also welcome to apply
- Strong planning and lesson preparation skills
- Resilience and adaptability
- Patience and empathy towards diverse family backgrounds and needs
