Job Description

As the Director of Operations Home Based, you will lead the NHSCFA enforcement response and criminal investigation of serious and complex issues of fraud, bribery, and corruption affecting the NHS in England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the National Investigation Service fraud investigation teams and financial investigation resources.
  • Lead the Digital Forensics Unit and ensure all criminal investigations are conducted within legislative and statutory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a procedural approach to investigation work responsive to changes in the counter-fraud landscape.
  • Provide real-time support to the counter-fraud community operating in the NHS and enable access to specialist counter-fraud expertise and guidance.

About the Role:

This is a critical position that requires a strong leader with expertise in fraud investigation and management. You will work closely with stakeholders and health bodies to tackle fraud across the NHS in England.
