We are seeking a seasoned Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead and expand our fast-growing hospitality recruitment division. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business and driving growth in the hospitality sector.

The Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, candidate pipelines, and business development. You will work closely with our management team to drive innovation in recruitment practices and bring cutting-edge techniques to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full 360° recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
  • Manage and grow key client accounts within the hospitality industry.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and industry leaders to bring innovation to recruitment practices.
  • Drive business growth and help shape the future of our expanding brand.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a recruitment agency setting, with a focus on billing.
  • Experience working with high-profile clients in the hospitality sector is a plus.
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing brands.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
