About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Assistant to join our team at Topps Tiles. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our extensive range of high-quality tile products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to customers on tile products and their use, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the profitability and reputation of the branch.
  • Deal with customers face-to-face, handling cash transactions, refunds, and till processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with interior design trends to provide informed advice to customers.
  • Ensure showrooms are clean and tidy, and branch standards are maintained at all times.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong product knowledge and a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
