We are seeking an upbeat and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to our customers in the Leicester area.
About the Role
As a Postperson with Driving, you will be required to work a 40-hour week, 5 days a week, with shift start times between 06:00 and 12:00. You will be expected to work Saturday and Sunday, due to operational demand.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, paid monthly, with an hourly rate of £12.54p/hr. You will also receive overtime pay at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate. In addition, you will have access to a company pension scheme, 22.5 days holiday (pro-rata), and a range of other benefits, including free stamps at Christmas.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong sense of community and take pride in what you do. You will also need to have a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points. You should be happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather.
