Job Title: English Team Leader
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Leader to join our Accounts Payable team at Northern Powergrid. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing support and direction to the team, ensuring they apply the correct standards and comply with controls, policies, and codes of practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
* Plan and carry out training and up-skilling programs for new and existing team members
* Possess a strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
* Conduct financial month-end checks to ensure accurate and timely closure of the AP financial period
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or higher, including Mathematics and English language, or a minimum of three years' relevant experience using Oracle CFS E-Business
* Excellent organizational skills and use of Office and Teams
* Proficient in using CFS Oracle
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail while producing quality work
