Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician with expertise in building services to join our team.


Our client is looking for a multi-skilled electrical engineer to support operations in a prominent location.


  • Salary: £43,000+
  • Work Environment: Static sites in a central urban area
  • Postcode: EC

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • No on-call duties & ample overtime opportunities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular maintenance and assessments of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
  • Oversee Air Conditioning Units
  • Manage BMS lighting systems
  • Inspect sprinkler systems
  • Maintain plant rooms
  • Supervise AHUs
  • Implement water treatment/L8 protocols

Qualifications:
  • NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
  • 17th/18th edition certification
