Job Summary:
MBR Dental is seeking a skilled Dental Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the dental team in a mixed practice environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in various duties such as chairside procedures, patient care, infection control, and setting up decontamination of instruments.
- Maintain equipment and surgery procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide excellent patient care and achieve high standards of clinical excellence.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the practice by performing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) and hold a valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Dental Nurse, preferably in a mixed practice environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices.
