Today, the brand continues to achieve remarkable milestones across various markets, channels, and product categories, experiencing rapid growth.
Over the past decade, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty has seen extraordinary expansion and is among the most celebrated brands in the beauty sector and beyond. It has become a worldwide phenomenon across 50 markets (and expanding), with a dedicated team of over 2,300 employees who contribute to the brand's ongoing success.

As we continue to grow, we are eager to attract exceptional talent who wish to join us in realizing our ambitious goals.
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual, a true 'doer' who values transparency, collaboration, and teamwork. In this pivotal role, you will effectively manage relationships with colleagues and senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with a clear vision and strategic objectives.
You will excel in developing and executing strategic product roadmaps while balancing tactical implementation. Your decision-making will be grounded in data, ensuring optimal performance and the identification of opportunities. With a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, you will adeptly navigate design-intensive projects, recognizing the significance of phased approaches.
Collaboration is key, and you will add value to large cross-functional initiatives. Embracing a mindset of learning through experimentation, you will not hesitate to make informed decisions and learn from setbacks.
With extensive experience in Agile methodologies, you will skillfully create user stories and acceptance criteria. You will naturally slice stories vertically and understand the distinctions between product management, project management, scrum mastering, product design, and engineering.
Ideally, you have over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager and possess valuable insights from your previous roles.
As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic product plans that align with organizational goals, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- Communication: Educate, persuade, and engage stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Build trust and achieve consensus with stakeholders across the digital team, technology partners, and senior management.
- Problem-Solving: Begin with ambiguity to identify core issues, analyze data, and propose effective solutions.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee products through all lifecycle stages, from ideation to retirement.
- Market Analysis: Quickly immerse yourself in your new domain through market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to support your storytelling and decision-making processes, ensuring measurable outcomes.
- User Experience (UX) Design: Collaborate with UX professionals and understand UX principles to advocate for intuitive and user-friendly products.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with software development processes and experience working in agile teams, whether scrum or kanban.
- Technical Understanding: Basic technical knowledge to effectively collaborate with engineering teams and assess product feasibility.
- Prioritization: Employ various prioritization frameworks to evaluate ideas and requests based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Team Leadership: While you won't have direct reports, we seek team members who can inspire and teach others. What is your unique product management strength?
Who You Will Collaborate With?
You will report to the Product Lead and work closely with the software development team.
Charlotte Tilbury operates in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where agility, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to be part of a global #dreamteam are essential. While we have certain requirements, we value diverse experiences and backgrounds, welcoming applicants who can demonstrate the necessary skills regardless of their level of experience.
Why Join Us?
