Your Role:
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every visitor departs with a smile and a story to share. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and developing a motivated team through continuous training and constructive feedback.
- Driving the performance of the venue to meet both financial and operational goals.

Who You Are:
You are a personable individual who shares our passion for hospitality. You thrive on creating excellent guest experiences and enjoy uplifting both your team and patrons. Your previous management experience in a comparable establishment will be invaluable, particularly if you have a background in food service or outdoor venues.
