We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in providing exceptional nursing care to our residents and supporting the development of our nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist nursing support and advice to ensure the highest standard of care for our residents.
- Take responsibility for resident care in the absence of the Home Manager.
- Supervise and coach colleagues to provide unparalleled service and support.
- Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues to promote professional growth and development.
- Deliver a person-centred approach to care for residents and their families, prioritising their needs and preferences.
- Recognise signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to report concerns.

Requirements:
