Job Summary:

Samsic UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises, employees, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Security: Conduct regular site patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and employees, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and secure working environment.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on security incidents, trends, and other relevant information.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other security personnel and stakeholders to achieve common security goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Security Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a security-related role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Security Qualifications: Possess a valid SIA Licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
