Job Title: Registered Nurse
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent healthcare outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
- Assessing and monitoring patient conditions to identify and address any potential health risks
- Checking symptoms and vital signs, and arranging diagnostic tests as necessary
- Displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decision-making in changing clinical situations
- Working effectively as a team member and promoting team and interdisciplinary relationships
