Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at TDC Consulting. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical testing and inspection work, electrical installations, remedial works, lighting, and maintenance of electrical systems in commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities

* Testing and inspection of electrical services within commercial and residential properties
* Maintenance, installation, and repair of electrical systems
* Ensuring that any unsafe electrical installations are managed safely and professionally
* Fault finding and ensuring satisfactory fault rectification

Requirements

* Good experience in residential and commercial electrical works
* Up-to-date with all relevant safety regulations
* 18th Edition
* Gold Card
* NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent with at least five years' experience working as an electrician
* Full UK Licence & Own Tools
