Senior Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our client's growing Head Office team, working closely with a major high street retailer account.

Purpose of Role:

As Senior Account Manager, you will lead the Account Management team and manage the day-to-day running of given categories, meeting agreed KPIs to deliver exceptional service and meet the client's supplier expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer's requirements and product ranges.
  • Collaborate with the in-house design team to develop product ranges that meet the customer's needs.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure effective communication of purchasing and logistics requirements.
  • Attend category meetings and document key discussions and decisions.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional service and meet the client's supplier expectations.
