Job Title: Curriculum Lead - Mechanical Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Lead to join our team at Lincoln College Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing curriculum area teams, working closely with the Assistant Principal to set and achieve targets related to student and apprentice enrolments, quality of learning, and overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective curriculum strategies to improve student and apprentice outcomes
  • Manage and coordinate curriculum area teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the curriculum area, identifying opportunities to meet local and national needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement assessment and evaluation strategies
  • Monitor and analyze student and apprentice performance data to inform curriculum development and improvement

Requirements:

  • Recent successful experience of curriculum delivery, coordination, and management within Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven track record of improving student and apprentice success rates and teaching, learning, and assessment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
