Job Overview
Are you seeking a fulfilling position where you can make a difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities?
We are excited to announce openings for Support Workers to become part of our dedicated team. We offer both part-time and full-time (37.5 hours per week) roles, with flexible scheduling options available to accommodate various needs.
Our shift patterns include mornings, daytime, and evening slots, along with requirements for waking nights and sleep-ins, so adaptability is essential.
In our service, we assist individuals with diverse interests, including arts and crafts, cooking, swimming, shopping, and attending sporting events. Our clients cherish their social connections and frequently engage with friends and family.
Each individual has their own mobility vehicle, enabling them to enjoy outings in the community, making a UK Driving Licence a necessary requirement for this position.
Your role will involve empowering them to live independently while facilitating their participation in community activities. You will provide high-quality care, including personal assistance, and ensure they receive the support needed to lead fulfilling lives.
