Job Title: Diversity and Inclusion Manager

Arts Educational Schools London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diversity and Inclusion Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our EDI strategy, ensuring that our institution is inclusive and equitable for all students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • EDI Strategy Development: Formulate and implement EDI policies, procedures, and guidelines to promote inclusivity and equity across the institution.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on EDI topics to inform policy proposals and operational activities, and analyze staff and student equality data to identify trends and make recommendations for change.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the EDI Co-ordinator, Head of Short Courses and Outreach, and other stakeholders to develop and implement EDI projects and initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Deliver EDI-related training to students and staff, and advise on EDI-related content within the curriculum.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitor developments in equity, equality, and diversity within the education sector and beyond, and bring these to the attention of the Interim Executive Leadership Team as necessary.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of EDI principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
