About Ryanair:
Ryanair is on the lookout for a Group Training Manager to enhance our position as Europe's Largest Airline Group.
This is a pivotal moment for Ryanair as we aim to expand our fleet to 800 aircraft and serve 300 million passengers in the upcoming decade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to all sanctioned training and examination protocols in accordance with MTOE and PART-147 standards, including implementing corrective measures for any negative findings from independent audits.
- Develop and revise maintenance training course timelines and instructor schedules, guaranteeing that qualified personnel and adequate resources are available for all training and assessment activities.
- Disseminate all necessary Airworthiness data published by EASA and relevant aircraft manufacturers.
- Promptly communicate any modifications to the Exposition and related manuals to EASA.
- Maintain the MTOE in compliance with EASA PART-147 regulations.
- Ensure that all designated personnel receive comprehensive training and regular assessments for competency, with all related records meticulously updated.
- Facilitate staff development and ensure training updates are documented appropriately.
- Design and uphold training programs that align with the operational needs of Ryanair Engineering.
- Implement corrective actions based on quality audit findings and ensure timely follow-up procedures are in place.
- Guarantee that the integrity and validity of all examinations meet PART-147 requirements.
Qualifications:
- Preferably possess experience as a Form 4 holder for a PART-147 training organization.
- Relevant background in engineering or aviation training, along with a pertinent degree.
- Comprehensive understanding of EASA PART-147 regulations.
- Proven experience in managing teams within a dynamic environment.
